How Our Refund Process Works
For Physical Products
If you ordered a physical product and find that it doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, you have up to 180 days from the date of shipment to request a refund.
Steps to Return Your Product for a Refund:
Complete the Return and Refund Form – This form is included with your order. If you can’t find it, please contact our support team for assistance.
Ship the Product Back to Us – Simply send the product back to the following address:

Wait for Your Refund to Be Processed – Once we receive your return, we will initiate the refund process. This typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to complete. You will also receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
Important Notes:
Your return request must be submitted within 180 days of shipment. You can check the shipping date on the packaging or in your order confirmation email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
For Digital Products
If you purchased a digital product, we offer the same 180-day money-back guarantee. However, since digital products cannot be physically returned, requesting a refund is even easier.
How to Get a Refund for a Digital Product:
Email Us – If you’re not satisfied with your digital product, simply send us an email at [email protected] within 180 days of purchase.
Immediate Processing – Once we receive your refund request, we will process your refund immediately—no need to return anything!
Keep the Product as a Thank You – As a token of appreciation for giving Respilean a try, you are welcome to keep the digital product, even after receiving a refund.
